My cause

I sent the cause and it doesn't appear on the portal

It is under review. No cause is public before going through moderation. What is checked

It was rejected

You get the reason. Fix what it points out and send it again; there is no need to create it from scratch.

I want to change the signature type

It can’t be done after publishing. The type sets the value of every signature already collected, and changing it would invalidate what people signed.

I want to stop the cause for a while

Pause it, don’t close it. A pause can be undone; closing can’t. Pausing and closing

Someone says they signed and I can't see them

They may have asked not to appear in public. They count in the total but are shown as anonymous.

Nobody can donate to my cause

Check the status of card payments in Configuration. If it is not active or it is restricted, donations are not accepted. Ways to get paid

When do I get the money?

It builds up in your Stripe account and Stripe transfers it to your bank according to the schedule you have set up there.

It won't let me request the bank account

Either your cause’s threshold hasn’t been reached, or the moderator hasn’t set one. The screen tells you which of the two. Bank account

I lost the phone with the passkey

Sign in with another method, remove that passkey from devices and register a new one. That is why it is worth having two. Security

It doesn't ask me for a passkey or a code on important operations

That means you have no method turned on. Turn one on.
