As well as the card, a cause can have its own bank account to receive transfers. It is useful when someone wants to contribute a large amount or when the donor is an organization that does not pay by card. It lives on the cause itself, not in Configuration: each cause has its own.

The threshold

It is not granted up front. A moderator sets an amount raised for your cause, above which you can ask for it. On your cause you will see one of these three messages:
The moderator has not set an amount for this cause. There is nothing you can do from your side: if you need it, write to support explaining what for.
You are shown how much you have and how much is still needed. The request button only appears once you reach it.
The Request bank account button appears.

Requesting it

When you press it you are asked to confirm your identity with whatever you have turned on in your account, a passkey or a two-factor code. It is an operation involving money, and that is why being signed in is not enough. After that the request goes in progress and a person reviews it.
If you have no verification method turned on, nothing is asked of you. Setting one up is the first thing you should do with your account. How

The three outcomes

Once it is assigned, you see the holder, the IBAN, the BIC and a reference. Each detail has its own copy button.
Whoever makes the transfer must put the reference in the payment description. Without it the money cannot be assigned to your cause and has to be traced by hand.

What it is not

It is not your personal account and it does not replace card payments. It is an account assigned to this cause to channel transfers to it, with the same final destination as everything else raised.
